This top-ten list highlights Manchester’s swiftest property transactions registered in March, with their respective durations on the market ranging from 22 to 35 days.

Over the course of March, the area witnessed a total of 69 semi-detached house sales being officially registered, and among them, 37 properties included information about their listing periods.

Overall, during this period, terraced houses proved to be the swiftest to sell, with an average of just 74 days on the market for the 31 properties in this category. Following closely were semi-detached houses, with 37 properties sold in an average of 89 days, and flats with 37 properties changing hands in an average of 104 days. In contrast, the slowest sales in March were registered for detached houses, with an average of 127 days for the two properties in this group.

The 69 residential properties achieved an average price of £329,442. By way of contrast, the properties detailed in the list that follows fetch an average price of £365,297.

The properties listed encompass terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached houses, and flats, with their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of March, even if the sales were conducted earlier.
