The 3-1 goal came in extra time, when Yang Min-hyeok found the net for the Rangers, with an assist by Karamoko Dembele.
Queens Park Rangers are in 15th place after the game, while Oxford United are in 18th.
The previous outing between the teams ended in a 2-0 home win for Queens Park Rangers in December.
