The 1,206-square-foot commercial property was sold for $250,000, or $207 per square foot. The single-story building, completed in 1949 and modernized in 1978, stands on a 12,556-square-foot lot and includes four parking spaces.

The property was taken over by Marbella Iniciativas LLC.

This office building is part of the Avery and Burchs Subdivision.
