A 276-square-foot non-office use commercial condominium has changed hands.

The commercial property at 7900 South Orange Blossom Trail, Unit 2133 in Orlando was sold on March 17 for $65,000, or $236 per square foot. The building, completed in 1974, stands on a 325-square-foot lot.

Takiwasi LLC bought the property from Opisas FL1 LLC.

This commercial condo is part of the Sandlake Courtyards Condo development.

Other two nearby non-office use commercial condominiums in Orlando changed hands recently:

· At 8421 South Orange Blossom Trail, Suite 321, in January, a 351-square-foot property was sold for $85,000, a price per square foot of $242.

· A property at 8421 South Orange Blossom Trail, Suite 433, sold in June 2025, for $74,000, a price per square foot of $211.
