Among the 126 residential properties changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The homes in the list below concern different types of property: terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached houses and flats, where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of September, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.

A detached house at Grange Park in the NE25 postcode area changed hands. Initially listed for £329,950, it settled at £315,000, marking a 5% price reduction to reach its eventual selling price.
