On Monday at 10 pm, the National Hurricane Center issued an advisory stating that Tropical Storm Dexter is in the Atlantic Ocean, 315 miles north of Bermuda. The system, with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph, is moving to the northeast at 13 mph.

“Little change in strength is forecast over the next couple of days, and Dexter is likely to become a post-tropical cyclone by the middle to latter portion of this week”, meteorologists wrote.
