The 2,334-square-foot commercial property was sold for $750,000, or $321 per square foot. Built in 1955 and updated in 1988, the single-story building sits on a 10,492-square-foot lot.

Sarang Holdings LLC bought the property from JP Cosmetic Dentistry Inc.

This mixed-use property is part of the Gurneys Add To Spring Lake Manor subdivision.
