Minot Minotauros couldn’t stop Aberdeen Wings’ winning run

The Aberdeen Wings and the Minot Minotauros met on Saturday, April 04, 2025.

Aberdeen came into the game off the back of a run of six successive wins and managed to claim yet another victory. The game finished 7-2.

The Wings opened strong, at the beginning of the game with Jibber Kuhl scoring 23 seconds, goal assisted by Sebastian Lillsund.

The Wings increased the lead to 2-0 early in the second period when Luke Backel scored, assisted by Grant Winkler and Jibber Kuhl.

Seven minutes into the period, Nikolai Tishkevich scored a goal, assisted by Gustas Zemaitis and Matthew Martin-Gaudreault, making the score 3-0.

Sebastian Lillsund then tallied a goal late, making the score 4-0. Ryder Many Grey Horses and Jibber Kuhl assisted.

Noah Gibbs narrowed the gap to 4-1 with a goal early in the third period, assisted by Braeden Jockims and John Small.

Nikolai Tishkevich made it 5-1 with a goal only seconds later, assisted by Gustas Zemaitis and Cade Moxham.

Matthew Martin-Gaudreault also increased the lead to 6-1 with a goal three minutes later, assisted by Finn Safir and Gustas Zemaitis.

Jack O’hanisain also narrowed the gap to 6-2 with a goal six minutes later, assisted by Chuck Owens.

Jibber Kuhl then made it 7-2 with a goal three minutes later, assisted by Briggs Orr and Sebastian Lillsund.
