Among the 85 terraced houses changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties in the list below concern terraced houses, where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of December, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.

10. £5000 (3%) below asking – Burdith Avenue, Whalley Range

Featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom and a C energy efficiency rating, this house at Burdith Avenue in the M14 postcode area, has been purchased. Originally listed for £200,000, it sold at £195,000 after a 3% reduction in price after it had been on the market for two months and 18 days. The transfer of ownership was completed on 16 October.
