Among the 68 semi-detached houses changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties in the list below concern semi-detached houses, where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of September, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.

Listed at £315,000, this detached house at Heathside Road in the M20 postcode area settled at £305,000 after 22 days on the market, reflecting a 3% price reduction.
