Among the 77 semi-detached houses changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties listed below encompass semi-detached houses, with their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of August, even if the sales were conducted earlier.

10. £8000 (2%) below asking – Mersey Crescent, Didsbury West

Featuring three bedrooms and one bathroom and a C energy efficiency rating, this house in Mersey Crescent in the M20 postcode area, has been purchased. Originally listed for £365,000, it sold at £357,000 after a 2% reduction in price after it had been on the market for 21 days. The transfer of ownership was completed on 10 July.
