The properties in the list below concern detached houses, where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of May, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.

The sale of the house at Northcote Avenue in Sharston was finalised on March 17. It was originally listed for £355,000 and was sold for £350,000 after it had been on the market for four months and 19 days, displaying a 1% price reduction.
