3. £4000 (1%) below asking – Chedworth Drive, Baguley
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a D energy efficiency rating, this house at Chedworth Drive in the M23 postcode area, changed hands. Originally listed for £375,000, it sold at £371,000 after a 1% reduction in price after it had been on the market for seven days. The transfer of ownership was completed on 24 March.
