Manchester’s real estate scene in March witnessed interesting transactions, notably homes that sold below their initial listing prices.

Among the seven detached houses changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties outlined in the list below consist of the same type of property: detached houses. Their deeds were formally recorded with the Land Registry during the month of March, even if the transactions were prior to this month.

3. £5000 (1%) below asking – Oakcliffe Road, Baguley

The sale of the house at Oakcliffe Road in the M23 postcode area was finalised on January 26. It was originally listed for £340,000 and was sold for £335,000 after it had been on the market for two months and 23 days, displaying a 1% price reduction. The home has a living area of 1,044 sqft and the price per sqft settled at £321. The property consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the property has an energy efficiency rating of C.

2. £10,000 (1%) below asking – Cranleigh Drive, Brooklands

This house at Cranleigh Drive in the M33 postcode area has new owners.
