The properties listed below encompass detached houses, all of which had their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of October, irrespective of whether they were sold prior to this period.

3. £19,950 (2%) below asking – Winchester Park, Didsbury West

This house at Winchester Park in the M20 postcode area has new owners. It was initially listed for £799,950 and settled at £780,000 after it had been on the market for two months and nine days, undergoing a 2% price reduction to reach its eventual selling price.
