Manchester’s 10 cheapest three-bedroom home sales from last month

A property at Barrowfield Road was acquired for £166,000 tops the list of the most affordable three-bedroom houses recently sold in Manchester.

In total, 32 terraced houses were registered as sold in the area in December, with an average price of £307,516. The average price per square foot stood at £311.

The properties in the list below concern terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and detached houses where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of December, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.
