Manchester’s 10 cheapest three-bedroom home sales from last month

A property at Topcliffe Road, acquired for £255,000, ranks at the top as the most affordable three-bedroom house recently sold in Manchester.

In total, five detached houses were registered as sold in the area in November, with an average price of £423,000. The average price per square foot stood at £331.

The properties outlined in the list below consist of terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and detached houses. Their deeds were formally recorded with the Land Registry during the month of November, even if the transactions were prior to this month.
