Maine Black Bears win over Northeastern Huskies

On Thursday, March 19, 2025, Maine Black Bears have won their knock-out game against the Northeastern Huskies 4-3, securing their spot in the next round of the playoffs.

Maine’s Nolan Renwick scored the game-winning goal.

The Black Bears took the lead late in the first period, with a goal from Owen Fowler. Harrison Scott assisted.

The Black Bears increased the lead to 2-0 early in the second period when Owen Fowler found the back of the net again, assisted by Lynden Breen.

The Huskies made it 2-1 with a goal from Dylan Hryckowian.

With a minute left, Cam Lund scored a goal, assisted by Jackson Dorrington, making the score 2-2.

Andy Moore took the lead with a goal early in the third period, assisted by Nick Rhéaume and Vinny Borgesi.

Luke Antonacci tied it up 3-3 with a goal eight minutes later, assisted by Harrison Scott.

The Black Bears made it 4-3 when Nolan Renwick scored assisted by Charlie Russell and Frank Djurasevic.
