The Premier League game between Brighton and Leicester at American Express Community Stadium finished 2-2 on Saturday – no doubt a relief for Leicester after eight successive defeats.
In the 31st minute, Joao Pedro scored to give Brighton a 1-0 lead in what had been a goalless match.
The Foxes equalised to make it 1-1, when Stephy Mavididi netted, in the 38th minute.
In the 55th minute, Joao Pedro gave Brighton the lead.
Caleb Okoli equalised for Leicester in the 74th minute.
It was still Brighton’s fourth game in a row without a win.
So, Brighton are still in ninth place and Leicester are in 19th.
The previous meeting between the teams ended in a 2-2 draw, with Leicester at home in December.
Brighton’s next Premier League games are against Brentford (away) on 18 April, Brighton (home) on 25 April and Newcastle (home) on 3 May. Leicester play Liverpool (home) on 19 April, Wolverhampton (away) on 25 April and Southampton (home) on 2 May.
