According to the National Hurricane Center’s 10 p.m. Sunday advisory, Tropical Storm Fernand is in the Atlantic Ocean, 320 miles east of Bermuda. The system, with maximum sustained winds of 50 mph, is moving to the north-northeast at 13 mph.

“… Fernand should move across the open waters of the subtropical central Atlantic well east and northeast of Bermuda”, meteorologists observed. They also said “Some strengthening is anticipated through tomorrow, with weakening likely to begin late Monday or Tuesday.”
