The second-half goal from Ji-sung was to be the only goal of the game when Swansea City won 1-0 at home to Derby County in the Championship.

It took until the 79th minute before Eom Ji-sung gave the Swansea the lead.

For the home team, the results mean 15th place in the table. Derby County are in 21st place.
