Other houses that have recently changed hands close by include:

· A 2,803-square-foot home at 969 Scottsdale Court in Morris sold in July 2025 for $510,000, a price per square foot of $182.

· At 977 Partridge Lane in Morris in May 2025, a 2,312-square-foot home was sold for $393,000, a price per square foot of $170.

· In March 2025, a 3,398-square-foot home at 1013 Wooded Crest Drive in Morris sold for $556,500, a price per square foot of $164.
