The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of June 8 even if the property sold earlier.

The vehicle sales and rentals business at 9811 South Jog Road in Boynton Beach has new owners.

The price was $78,000,000. The home was built in 1995 and has a living area of 6,960 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $11,207. 6627 West Boynton LLC transferred ownership of the vehicle sales and rentals business to Real SUB LLC. The transaction was completed on May 19.
