Over the past week, a total of 137 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $609,322, or $429 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Jan. 26 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $2.7 million, single-family home at 870 South Medea Way

A 4,536-square-foot single-family home at 870 South Medea Way in Denver has been sold. The total purchase price was $2,700,000, $595 per square foot. The house was built in 1928. The home features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The deal was closed on Jan. 16.

2. $2.65 million, two-bedroom house at 420 Monroe Street
