Update: Tornado warning for Washington County likely to expire at 7:30 p.m.

The warning had been issued for Washington County.

“The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 11 p.m. Wednesday for a portion of northeast Colorado,” says the National Weather Service.
