The Stampede tied it up 1-1 late in the first when Noah Urness scored, assisted by Reid Varkonyi and Filip Nordberg.
The Gamblers took the lead with a goal from Aidan Park with a minute left in the first, assisted by Will Zellers.
Two goals were scored in the second period, and the Gamblers led 3-2 going in to the third period.
The Gamblers increased the lead to 4-2 with 13 seconds remaining of the third period after a goal from Zach Wooten, assisted by Brady O’malley and Aidan Park.
