The advisory was issued for Lincoln County.

“The Flood Advisory will expire at 9:45 p.m. this evening for a portion of east central Colorado, including the following area, Lincoln. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining closures,” says the National Weather Service.
