Update: June 24 – 5.0 magnitude earthquake reported close to Catuday, Philippines

A 5.0 magnitude quake occurred near Catuday on Wednesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The USGS reported a tremor in the region at 02:04 UTC (10:04 local time). The epicenter was roughly 63 km west-northwest of Catuday, at a depth of 10 km.
