DAVAO OCCIDENTAL, Davao Region — A 5.1 magnitude quake occurred near Sugal on Tuesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

At 18:33 UTC (02:33 local time), a tremor shook the region at a depth of 64 km, with its epicenter roughly 6 km northwest of Sugal.
