A 5.1 magnitude quake jolted near Lospalos around midday Sunday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor, which hit the area at 02:53 UTC (11:53 local time), was centered about 202 km northeast of Lospalos. It occurred at a depth of 158 km.
