· In July, a 1,834-square-foot home at 15045 W Keswick Place, sold for $385,000, a price per square foot of $210.

· At 16519 W Coventry Lane, in August, a 2,204-square-foot home was sold for $380,000, a price per square foot of $172.

· A 1,626-square-foot home at 16847 W Ivy Lane, sold in June, for $355,000, a price per square foot of $218.
