· In February, a condominium at 628 Granville Court in Atlanta sold for $208,000. The home has one bedroom and one bathroom.

· At 901 Abernathy Road, Apt. 2200 in Atlanta, in September 2025, a 1,002-square-foot condominium was sold for $300,000, a price per square foot of $299. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
