The commercial property at 8460 Navarre Parkway in Navarre was sold on March 3 for $1.76 million, or $169 per square foot. Completed in 2002 and upgraded in 2012, the single-story building stands on a 1-acre lot.

Everything Is Awesome LLC transferred ownership of the property to Andrew William Aschinger NON Exempt and Shirley Jean Aschinger.
