Blackburn are in good form at the moment. Saturday saw them make it four wins in a row after 2-1 at home to Watford. The result also means that Watford have suffered four consecutive defeats in the Championship.

The first half was goalless, but straight after half-time, Mattie Pollock made his mark as he netted, with an assist by Imran Louza, to give Watford the lead.

In the 59th minute, Todd Cantwell equalised for Blackburn.

Tyrhys Dolan scored the deciding goal in the 74th minute to complete Blackburn’s come back.

With one game remaining, Blackburn are in eighth place in the table and Watford are in 12th.

The previous outing between the teams ended in a 1-0 home win for Watford in October.

Blackburn’s next Championship game is against Sheffield United (away) on 2 May. Watford play Sheffield Wednesday (home) on 2 May.
