The new house at 530 Old Cobblestone Drive in Atlanta was sold on Dec. 23, 2025 for $2.58 million, or $507 per square foot. This two-story house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Inside, there are two fireplaces. The property’s lot measures 1.1 acres.

· At 535 Old Cobblestone Drive in Atlanta, in November 2025, a 6,959-square-foot single-family residence was sold for $2.35 million, a price per square foot of $338. The home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

· A 5,386-square-foot single-family house at 585 Old Cobblestone Drive in Atlanta, sold in September 2025, for $2.04 million, a price per square foot of $379. The home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

· In July 2025, a 4,284-square-foot single-family house at 120 Blenheim Place in Atlanta sold for $1.4 million, a price per square foot of $327. The home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
