Update: The current flood advisory for Adams and Denver counties will expire at 6:15 p.m.

The advisory had been issued for Adams and Denver counties.

“The Flood Advisory will expire at 6:15 p.m. this evening for a portion of northeast Colorado, including the following areas, Adams and Denver. Waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Urban area and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining closures,” states the National Weather Service.
