The St. Cloud Norsemen have ended their unfortunate run of five straight defeats.
The much longed-for break came on Saturday, March 28, 2025 in the action against the Minnesota Mallards. The game finished 4-3.
The Norsemen started off strong and took the lead early in the game with Mason Lebel scoring in the first period, assisted by Tyler Wishart and Kyle Miller.
The Mallards tied the game 1-1 in the first period when Carver Hasbargen scored, assisted by Arhip Sidarovich.
The second period ended with a 3-2 lead for the Norsemen.
The Norsemen increased the lead to 4-2, only 20 seconds into the third when Tyler Wishart found the back of the net, assisted by Alex Sandhu and Sam Crane.
Ryan Flaherty narrowed the gap to 4-3 with a goal halfway through the third period, assisted by Jacob Faith.
