The median sqft price for a semi-detached house in Tameside in the last month was £258. Prior to this, the median price per sqft in the area was £256.

A total number of 24 semi-detached houses were sold and registered in the district during the month of July, one of which was 28, Cherry Avenue, Ashton-under-lyne, with 678 sqft. It sold for £175,000 at a sqft price of £265.
