Newcastle are very hard to stop at the moment and in the game against Crystal Palace at St James’ Park on Wednesday, they claimed yet another victory. The match finished 5-0 and Newcastle now have five wins a row in the Premier League.
The Magpies took an early lead when Jacob Murphy netted after 14 minutes, making it 1-0.
Newcastle made it 2-0 after 38 minutes.
In the 45th minute Harvey Barnes increased the lead for Newcastle with an assist by Sandro Tonali.
Straight after the break, Fabian Schär found the net and increased the team’s lead.
The Geordies further increased the lead as Alexander Isak found the net in the 58th minute.
Newcastle are now in third place, while Crystal Palace are in 12th place.
The previous match between the teams ended in a 1-1 draw, with Crystal Palace at home in November.
