The median sqft price for a terraced house in Tameside in the last month was £210. Prior to this, the median price per sqft in the area was £214.

A total number of 69 terraced houses were sold and registered in the district during the month of March, one of which was 36, Sand Street, Stalybridge, with 699 sqft. It sold for £147,000 at a sqft price of £222.
