In a highly anticipated clash at Elland Road on Saturday, Swansea City put on a commendable performance to secure a point against Leeds in the Championship. The match concluded with a 2-2 draw, underlining Everton’s competitiveness on the road.

The Whites chocked Swansea City when Brenden Aaronson netted in the first minute.

In the 64th minute, Harry Darling equalised for Swansea City.

The 2-1 goal to take the lead came in the final minutes, when Gnonto Wilfried found the net for the Peacocks.

But the Swansea still had time to score an equaliser. Zan Vipotnik scored in the 91st minute, with an assist by Joe Allen.

Following a great season in the Championship, Leeds are at least set to play in the qualification round.

It leaves Leeds in second place and Swansea City in 16th.

The previous meeting between the teams ended in a 4-3 away win for Leeds in November.
