5.1 magnitude earthquake strikes close to Ternate, Indonesia on Oct. 10

A 5.1 magnitude quake jolted close to Ternate on Saturday around midday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The USGS reported a tremor in the region at 02:00 UTC (11:00 local time). The epicenter was roughly 133 km west-northwest of Ternate, at a depth of 10 km.
