Four-bedroom house in Denver goes for $2.7 million

· A 2,866-square-foot single-family residence at 3212 South Dahlia Street, sold in March, for $1.53 million, a price per square foot of $532. The home has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

· At 3050 South Bellaire Street, in June, a 3,380-square-foot single-family home was sold for $1.79 million, a price per square foot of $530. The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

· In June, a single-family house at 3031 South Birch Street sold for $1.81 million, a price per square foot of $494. The home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
