Earthquake measuring 5.2 strikes area near Abepura, Indonesia on Sept. 19

A 5.2 magnitude quake occurred close to Abepura on Saturday around midday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The USGS reported a tremor in the region at 04:18 UTC (13:18 local time). The epicenter was approximately 210 km west-northwest of Abepura, at a depth of 10 km.
