The recently built condo at 2520 Peachtree Road NW in Atlanta was sold on Aug. 18 for $2.45 million, or $951 per square foot. The condo has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property is equipped with electric heating and a cooling system.

· A condominium at 2660 Peachtree Road NW, Unit 1-38E, sold in October 2025, for $1.56 million, a price per square foot of $527. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

· In December 2025, a condominium at 2660 Peachtree Road NW, Apt. 39G sold for $1.38 million, a price per square foot of $574. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
