The area saw a total of 11 commercial property sales over the past week, averaging $1.16 million, or $672 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 24 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $4.32 million, restaurant at 407 East Six Forks Road

A 3,280-square-foot restaurant at 407 East Six Forks Road in Raleigh has been sold.

The total purchase price was $4.32 million, $1,317 per square foot. The home was built in 1966. Leamon F Couch Jr. Family LLC acquired the restaurant. The deal was finalized on Aug. 14.

2. $3.3 million, mixed-use building at 2407 Garner Road

A sale has been finalized for the mixed-use retail and apartment property at 2407 Garner Road in Raleigh.

The price was $3.3 million. The house was built in 1950 and the living area totals 1,654 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,995. The Olde Barn Holdings LLC transferred ownership of the mixed-use retail and apartment property to Garner Station Limited Partnership. The deal was closed on Aug. 11.

3. $1.5 million, supermarket at 5217 Poole Road

The sale of the grocery store or supermarket at 5217 Poole Road in Raleigh has been finalized.

The price was $1.5 million. The house was built in 1981 and has a living area of 2,940 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $510. Farzana Investment Inc bought the grocery store or supermarket. The transaction was completed on Aug. 7.

4. $605,000, office building at 8801 Fast Park Drive, Suite 117

A 1,572-square-foot office property at 8801 Fast Park Drive, Suite 117 in Raleigh has been sold.

The total purchase price was $605,000, $385 per square foot. The house was built in 2009. Christine Maestri Huttinger Trust took over the office property. The deal was closed on Aug. 6.
