The advisory was for Elbert and Lincoln counties.

“The Flood Advisory will expire at 6:15 p.m. this evening for a portion of east central Colorado, including the following areas, Elbert and Lincoln. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining closures,” according to the National Weather Service.
