Update: Flood watch previously issued for El Paso County will expire at 10 p.m.

The watch was for Northern El Paso County/Monument Ridge/Rampart Range below 7,500 ft and Colorado Springs Vicinity/Southern El Paso County/Rampart Range below 7,400 ft.

“The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of east central Colorado, including the following areas, Colorado Springs Vicinity/Southern El Paso County/Rampart Range Below 7400 Feet and Northern El Paso County/Monument Ridge/Rampart Range Below 7500 Feet. The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 10 p.m. this evening,” according to the National Weather Service.
