The Sioux Falls Stampede won the game against the Fargo Force 6-3 at Denny Sanford Premier Center on Sunday, March 22, 2025.
The Stampede opened strong, at the beginning of the game with Adyn Merrick scoring in the first period, goal assisted by Bryce Ingles and Aiden Welch.
The Force tied it up 1-1 with a goal from Matthew Lansing late in the first period, assisted by Hayes Hundley.
The Stampede scored three goals in second period an held the lead 4-2 going in to the second break.
Joseph Mcgraw increased the lead to 5-2 with a goal early in the third period, assisted by Austin Baker.
The Force narrowed the gap to 5-3 with 03.00 remaining of the third after a goal from Merril Steenari, assisted by Mason West.
The Stampede increased the lead to 6-3 with seven seconds remaining of the third after a goal from Ritter Coombs, assisted by Noah Urness.
