Muskegon Lumberjacks beat Green Bay Gamblers and continue winning run

The game between the Muskegon Lumberjacks and the Green Bay Gamblers on Sunday, March 22, 2025 finished 6-1.

The result means Muskegon has six straight wins.

The Lumberjacks opened strong, early in the game with Vaclav Nestrasil scoring in the first period, goal assisted by Jack Galanek and David Klee.

The Lumberjacks’ Chase Stefanek increased the lead to 2-0 in the first period.

The Gamblers narrowed the gap to 2-1 halfway through the first period when Will Zellers scored, assisted by Geno Carcone and David Green.

The Lumberjacks made it 3-1 with a goal from Finn Mclaughlin late in the first, assisted by Jack Galanek.

The Lumberjacks scored three goals in second period an held the lead 6-1 going in to the second break.

The Lumberjacks were whistled for 14 penalties, while the Gamblers received 11 penalties.
